dubrovnik
you must visit Croatia.
i've been on bike tour last year with my girl in Dubrovnik.
it's amazing city specially old part.they in Dubrovnik call it grad-means town.
we did tour around walls and booked excursion to elaphiti islands.
first we booked on website this fantastic Dubrovnik apartment.(very good price and value for money)!!!!
it's big apartment 60 m2 overlooking to the old town and bay in front, same view like from postcards.it has private parking for bikes !!!!
owners are very friendly and helpfull people,24 hours daily available and fluent english speakers.this is best apartment i've stayed.
also if you' re coming you may check choice of apartments on website apartmentsindubrovnik.com and book excursion on page dubrovnik-excursions.com (they have best choice and reasonable prices)!!!!
Spend 10 nights in this history filled city. See the Convent of St. Claire, St. Nikola's Church - one of the oldest Pre-Romanesque churches and so much more! Because of its dependence on the sea for centuries, Croatians enjoy fine fishing, seamanship and some of the best sea cuisine anywhere in the world!
Old Town is the fortified area bisected by the gleaming avenue Stradun and capped everywhere by those famous earthen tiles, and it's a UNESCO World Heritage Site brimming with attractions: the Franciscan Monastery, with its delicate arches and 700-year-old pharmacy; Ono-frio's Fountain, from 1444, festooned with spitting faces; the assiduously carved Rector's Palace; the Dominican Monastery's priceless art and the well that quenched the thirst of residents during the war; the cathedral's polyptych by Titian (shockingly, exposed to sunlight) and its overstuffed reliquary of withered martyrs' bones and fingers. Nothing's more than 15kn/$2.15 to enter.
